He also led or played key roles in 40+ M&As and strategic investments ($2B+ value). He founded two startups, raised $25M and had one successful exit. Deepak holds a PhD in Computer Vision and AI.

Brings over 15 years of experience spanning artificial intelligence, distributed computing, energy infrastructure, automotive technologies, and enterprise partnerships. Jay has held leadership roles at WeaveGrid, Enphase Energy, Enel X, Electrum, and Viosoft, where he helped commercialize emerging technologies, forge strategic partnerships, and scale complex hardware-software solutions. His experience includes pioneering AI and edge computing applications, advancing bidirectional energy systems, and launching large-scale connected infrastructure programs with leading global enterprises. At ThinkScan, Jay leads product strategy and commercialization, translating breakthrough distributed intelligence technologies into scalable Physical AI solutions across industrial, energy, telecommunications, and defense markets. Jay holds an MBA from San José State University and a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.

George Xenos

Brings deep expertise in threat intelligence, malware analysis, anomaly detection, and Federated ML. His experience in the Greek Army’s cyber defense department included cyber infrastructure, SOC operations, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation. He developed a sandbox for zero-day attacks, now used by public institutions in the EU, and contributed to the design of an experimental SOC. George has published scholarly papers on malware detection and Federated ML and holds a BS and an MS from the University of Patras.

A senior ML leader with deep expertise in computer vision, mobile AI, and regulated medical technologies. Founding algorithm engineer at Spect that architected the end-to-end ML pipeline, developed FDA-reviewed medical computer vision models, and built CoreML deployment frameworks. He holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from McGill University.

A Distinguished Professor at Penn State University with deep expertise in Radar and communications technologies. He has deep ties to US Army, US Navy, and Defense Primes. He holds a PhD from UMass Amherst and B.Tech from IIT.

25+ years as a CEO and GM leading businesses in wireline/wireless and optical networking, and healthtech. With a track record of driving $5B+ in revenue and executing $3B+ in M&A (Intel, AMD, JDSU, Broadcom), Mike has founded and scaled three venture-backed startups, raising $80M and achieving a $230M exit. He brings deep expertise in product strategy, operational scaling, and building high-performance leadership teams. He holds a BS in Engineering from Stanford.

With over 25 years of experience in portfolio management, business development, investment modeling, and systems development, Steve has held leadership roles at Allianz Global Investors, Mellon Capital Management, and Bank of America. As CIO of Affinicorp USA, he managed the firm’s IT infrastructure and operations. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from SUNY Stony Brook and is a CFA Charterholder, combining deep analytical expertise with strategic financial insight.
